Chocolate brownies with raspberries

Ingredients for 8 brownies:​ 

  • 2 bananas
  • 150 g wheat flour 
  • 85 g Pelster's organic chocolate drink
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • ½ tsp salt​
  • 175 g vegetable butter 
  • 80 ml water 
  • 8 g Pelster's oat drink
  • 150 g chocolate drops ​ 
  • 100g raspberries 

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a brownie baking pan with baking paper.​
  2. Mash the bananas and slowly melt the vegetable butter in a saucepan.
  3. Sift flour, Pelster's Organic Chocolate Drink and salt into a large bowl and mix well. Add the melted butter, Pelster's oat drink, 80ml water and the banana and mix everything well. Finally, stir in half the amount of chocolate drops.​
  4. Pour the dough into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate drops and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the desired consistency.​
