Chocolate date porridge

Ingredients for one serving:

  • 50g oat flakes
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 10g flax seeds
  • 10 g cocoa nibs
  • 2 chopped dates
  • 2 tsp Pelster's CHOCOLATE DRINK
  • 200 ml plant drink
  • 5ml water

Toppings:

  • banana
  • Cacao nibs
  • Dates
  • Almond butter

Preparation:

  1. Place oat flakes, banana, flax seeds, chopped dates and cacao nibs in a bowl.
  2. Mix the chocolate drink with the plant drink and add it to the other ingredients.
  3. Then mix everything with a fork and mash the banana
  4. Place in the microwave for 2-4 minutes, stirring once in between.
  5. Now add the toppings on top and voilà, the porridge is ready.
