Our organic chocolate drink has a natural, creamy chocolate taste - cocoa and ground dates, no frills.
During the production of this batch there were subtle quality deviations that do not meet our high standards. The date particles are a little larger and the cocoa is a shade bitterer than usual. Nevertheless, this cocoa is marketable and edible: either as a drink for those who love the small date pieces or for cooking and baking.

When can I offer Pelster's products to my child?
We recommend our products for ages 3 and up. We leave it up to you whether your child can try our products beforehand. You know best what your child likes in the first few years!
Why is the product sorted out as B-goods?
There may be subtle quality deviations during production that do not meet our high standards. These could be, for example: errors on the label or subtle deviations in the sensory properties of the products.
Of course, the products are still marketable and edible! The exact deviation is always marked in the product description. In addition, our B-stock products are marked as such on the packaging.

Where do the raw materials come from?
When sourcing raw materials, we pay particular attention to ensuring delivery routes are as short as possible. We prefer – if possible – regional products. However, due to seasonal fluctuations, this is not always possible, so we also source our raw materials from other EU countries. With exceptions, some ingredients also come from other countries.
