Altenberge, Nordwalde, November 20, 2024 – The family-run company Pelster's is taking a stand against food waste and for social commitment: As part of the “Food Saver for Kids” campaign, Pelster's is donating 150 bags of its popular organic chocolate drink to the Kita Wildblume and the Kita Wichernwald in Nordwalde.
The fundraising campaign supports the Christmas market of the Kita Wildblume and Wichernwald (Wichernstraße 7), which will take place on November 22, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The organic chocolate drink will be served there to benefit the daycare projects.
Sustainability and enjoyment – hand in hand
Pelster's organic chocolate drink stands for natural ingredients and sustainable enjoyment. It contains a balanced mixture of cocoa and ground dates - without any additives or refined sugar. The drink is ideal for mixing with milk or plant-based alternatives and is perfect for cold winter days.
"With our campaign, we don't just want to save food, we also want to contribute to an unforgettable experience for children and families. "We are delighted that our products are being used in such a meaningful way. Sustainability and social commitment go hand in hand for us - and this Christmas market shows how much joy such initiatives can bring," explains Anika Pelster , co-founder of the company.
