Pancakes with oat drink without industrial sugar

These sugar-free pancakes are not only incredibly fluffy, but also full of natural sweetness thanks to date powder. With spelt flour and oat drink powder, they are a healthy alternative to classic pancakes - perfect for anyone who wants to avoid refined sugar. Easy to prepare and versatile, they can be refined with fresh fruit, nuts or a touch of maple syrup. A sweet treat without regrets! 🥞✨

Ingredients:

  • 125 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 125 g spelt flour type 1050
  • 60 g date powder
  • heaped teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 400 ml of water
  • 30 g oat drink powder
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (for frying)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (ground)

Preparation:

  1. ➡️ In a large bowl, mix together flour, oat milk powder, date powder, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
  2. ➡️ Add water and stir well until a smooth dough forms.
  3. ➡️ Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
  4. ➡️ Add a spoonful of batter to the pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  5. ➡️ Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup or nuts.
