chocolate cashew energy balls

Sometimes you just need a little energy boost - and our chocolate cashew balls are perfect for that! With just 4 simple ingredients and no baking, you can conjure up these delicious energy balls. They are not only ideal for on the go, but also a healthy alternative to chocolate bars.

Recipe for about 8-10 balls

Ingredients:

  • 7 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp Pelster's nut cream with dates & cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cashews

Preparation:

  1. Mixing: Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until a sticky but moldable mass is formed.

  1. Adjust: Is the mixture too sticky? Simply add an additional tablespoon of oatmeal. Does it fall apart? Then stir in a little more nut cream.

  1. Forming: Form small balls from the mixture – about the size of a walnut.

  1. Cooling: Place the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.

  1. Enjoy: Enjoy straight from the refrigerator or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

🤫 Tip: For extra chocolate flavor, you can roll the balls in some cocoa powder or refine them with a pinch of cinnamon!

Try it out and let yourself be inspired by this little snack full of energy! 💥
