What can I use the Oat Creamer for?
The special thing about the Oat Creamer: it is the first oat drink powder that contains vegetable oil. This makes the oat drink particularly creamy. The drink was developed based on the nutritional values of low-fat cow's milk and is therefore suitable for every conceivable application. Isn’t the rapeseed oil it contains unhealthy?
Oil per se is not as unhealthy as is often portrayed. The fatty acids contained in oil are actually vital for human survival. Due to the positive fatty acid profile of rapeseed oil, we use it in our recipe. Rapeseed oil is particularly rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and low in saturated fatty acids.
In addition, the proportion of oleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid is relatively high. This composition of fatty acids can have a positive effect on the cholesterol level and the cardiovascular system.
It also contains a balanced ratio of healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and contributes to a balanced diet.
We take great care to use high-quality rapeseed oil and ensure that it is not overheated during production to avoid the formation of trans fats. Our products are manufactured with the utmost care and under strict quality controls to ensure the health of our customers.
The rapeseed oil gives the drink its creaminess and by using rapeseed oil we can do without additives.
Is the Oat Creamer gluten free?
Our Oat Creamer is gluten-free (<20 ppm) according to Implementing Regulation EU 828/2014.
