Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 50 g fine oat flakes
- 250 g Pelster's Barista oat drink powder
- 250 ml water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Topping suggestions:
- Maple syrup
- Fruit
- Chopped nuts
- Chia seeds
Preparation:
- Prepare toppings and cut fruit.
- Boil water, oat drink powder and oat flakes in a saucepan.
- Then stir in the maple syrup and cinnamon and allow to thicken over a low heat, stirring occasionally so that it doesn't burn.
- Once the desired consistency is reached, pour the oatmeal into a bowl and garnish with the toppings.
