Ingredients for one serving:
- 50 g oat flakes
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 10 g linseed
- 10 g cocoa nibs
- 2 chopped dates
- 2 tsp Pelster's chocolate drink powder
- 200 ml oat drink
- 5 ml water
Toppings:
- banana
- Cocoa nibs
- Dates
- Almond butter
Preparation:
- Place oatmeal, banana, flax seeds, chopped dates and cocoa nibs in a bowl.
- Mix the chocolate drink powder with the oat drink and add to the other ingredients.
- Then mix everything with a fork and mash the banana
- Place in the microwave for 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Now add the toppings and et voilà, the porridge is ready.
