Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin B3 as well as Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Vitamin K, but also minerals such as calcium and potassium. Above all, the powder tea is rich in beta-carotene - the precursor to vitamin A, which is essential for the eyes, skin, mucous membranes and metabolism.

ingredients
What does the chai tea with oat drink contain?
Unlike most other instant chai teas, our chai tea with oat drink contains finely ground black tea, similar to matcha. We have also developed our own spice recipe, whose light citrus note perfectly underlines the black tea.
How does the enjoyment of finely ground tea differ from brewed tea?
1. More intense aroma and taste
Finely ground black tea has a much larger surface area than whole or coarsely crushed tea leaves. This results in more aromas and flavors being released faster and in higher concentrations. The taste is often more intense and complex because the finer particles can release more flavors at once.
2. Faster preparation
Finely ground tea generally takes less time to brew because the extraction of the ingredients occurs more quickly. This can lead to a more convenient and time-saving preparation.
3. Health benefits
Because you consume the entire leaf when you drink finely ground tea, you absorb more nutrients and antioxidants than if you just drink the infusion. The caffeine content can also be higher because all of the leaf's components are included in the drink.
