With a 500 g can of powder you can prepare up to 5 liters of oat drink, which corresponds to 50 portions. The small bag with 250 g of powder is enough for up to 2.5 liters of oat drink and the large bag with 1500 g of powder allows you to make up to 15 liters of oat drink. This not only saves you the hassle of lugging things around and space, but also packaging waste.

Basically, you can use all of our oat drinks as a cow's milk alternative. The special thing about the organic oat drink : it is an oat drink powder made from 100% oats, which is obtained from controlled organic farming. We particularly like the organic oat drink in porridge, with muesli or in baking and cooking recipes. Simply mix 10 g of the oat drink powder with 100 ml of water and process as desired.

The special thing about the Barista oat drink: it is the first oat drink powder that contains vegetable fat. This makes the Barista oat drink particularly creamy. The drink was developed based on the nutritional values ​​of low-fat cow's milk and is therefore suitable for every conceivable application. We particularly like the Barista oat drink foamed in coffee or with muesli. Simply mix 10 g of the oat drink powder with 100 ml of water and process as desired. A little tip: you can also stir the oat drink powder directly into cold or warm liquids - such as coffee.

That's what's special about our Barista oat drink, because it was specially made for this purpose and is therefore very suitable for frothing! Simply mix 10 g of the oat drink powder with 100 ml of water and froth it with the electric milk frother. Et voila, nothing stands in the way of your coffee enjoyment!

Here are our tips for the perfect, fine-pored foam:1. The right mixture is what counts: at least 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 g) of powder to 100 ml of water.2. The colder the product, the easier it is to froth. This is even the case with cow's milk. It is best to mix the drink with cold water or store it in the fridge for a while after mixing. In addition, the frother should not be too hot beforehand and the drink should not exceed 55 degrees when frothed.3. It is also an advantage if the specified minimum amount of frother is adhered to. This is usually around 200 ml.

The quality of tap water is subject to one of the strictest regulations in Germany. So just decide which water tastes best to you. Friendly reminder: tap water is much more sustainable than bottled water. But you can of course also use pre-bottled water.

Whether shaken or stirred, the oat drink dissolves after a few seconds. However, you get the quickest result by mixing it in a shaker and you can also perfectly store the mixed drink in the fridge for a few days. If the water is particularly cold and there are lumps left, let the drink stand for a few minutes and stir or shake again.

The oat drink also dissolves well in warm water. Simply add 10 g of the oat drink powder to 100 ml of water and mix well. Et voila, your oat drink is ready.

If you always make sure that the oat drink is stored in a dry, dark place, the powder will last for several months even when opened. The best-before date is a guideline. But foods can often be enjoyed for even longer, which is why we recommend "look, smell and taste". The mixed drink will last up to 5 days in the fridge.

You can pour the mixed Barista oat drink into the milk tank of your fully automatic coffee machine. Please note, however, that the mixed drink should be stored in a cool place - similar to cow's milk.

During the production of the oat drink powder, the fermentation of the oats produces natural sugar from the starch they contain. No sugar or other sweeteners are added. Pelster's organic oat drink has only 2.1 g of natural sugar per 100 ml and the Barista oat drink has 4.1 g per 100 ml.

Oil per se is not as unhealthy as is often portrayed. The fatty acids contained in oil are actually vital for human survival. Due to the positive fatty acid profile of rapeseed oil, we use it in our recipe. Rapeseed oil is particularly rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and low in saturated fatty acids. In addition, the proportion of oleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid is relatively high. This composition of fatty acids can have a positive effect on cholesterol levels and the cardiovascular system. It also contains a balanced ratio of healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and contributes to a balanced diet. We take great care to use high-quality rapeseed oil and ensure that it is not heated excessively during production to avoid the formation of trans fats. The rapeseed oil gives the drink its creaminess and by using rapeseed oil we can avoid adding additives.
