Sugar-free banana bread

Preparation time: 1 hour and 15 minutes (including baking time).

Ingredients:​

  • 40g Barista oat drink powder
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 bananas (alternatively 2 bananas and an egg + some sweetener as needed).
  • 250g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp bourbon vanilla
  • 50 g maple syrup
  • 100 g blueberries

Preparation:​

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a baking pan.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.​


Tip: Enjoy with nut butter!
