Sugar-free banana bread

Preparation time: 1 hour and 15 minutes (including baking time)


Ingredients:​

  • 20g oat drink powder
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 3 bananas (alternatively 2 bananas and an egg + some sweetener as needed)
  • 250g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Bourbon Vanilla
  • 50 g maple syrup
  • 100 g blueberries

Preparation:​

  1. Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.


Tip: Enjoy with nut butter!
