Ingredients:
- 20g oat drink powder
- 200 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 3 bananas (alternatively 2 bananas and an egg + some sweetener as needed)
- 250g wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Bourbon vanilla
- 50 g maple syrup
- 100 g blueberries
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
