  1. Put all ingredients, except the butter, in a bowl and mix with a dough hook for about 10-15 minutes until a smooth dough is formed.
  2. Then gradually add the soft butter and continue stirring.
  3. Then leave the dough in a warm place for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
  4. Stir the dough again for about 3 minutes, then put it in a baking pan and let it rise for another 1 to 2 hours.
  5. Then preheat the oven to 180° and brush the brioche with a beaten egg.
  6. The brioche then needs to bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  7. Then let the brioche cool down completely. Enjoy with jam or other spreads .
