Easy-peasy DIY chocolate ice cream with no added sugar! Very easy with Pelster's chocolate drink, banana and peanut butter. Vegan, super tasty and quick to prepare. The perfect way to cool down in the summer! Making your own ice cream can be so easy and delicious and is also perfect for kids.
Preparation time: 10 minutes plus freezing time
Ingredients for 6 ice cream molds:
- 1 banana
- 20 g peanut butter
- 15 g Organic CHOCOLATE DRINK
- 200 ml water
- 20 g Barista oat drink
- Peanut butter
- Chopped nuts
Preparation:
- Puree all ingredients in a blender and fill into ice cream molds.
- Freeze the filled ice cream molds overnight.
- Optionally decorate with some peanut butter and chopped nuts.

Tip : If you don't have ice cream molds, you can also use small empty yogurt cups and wooden sticks as sticks.
