Mango meets oats and coconut. Perfect with coffee and cake, for a picnic or simply as a fruity dessert. Fresh, juicy and super easy to make. You can also practically feel the freshness of the oat drink.
Preparation time: 60 minutes
Ingredients for 8 pieces:
- 220 g mango
- 10 g Barista oat drink powder
- 100 ml of water
- 50 ml maple syrup
- 30 g coconut oil (melted)
- 70 g coconut flakes
- 120 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
Preparation:
- Puree the mango together with the water and the Barista oat drink powder in a blender.
- Now mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a small baking dish/cake tin.
- Optionally sprinkle with a little coconut flakes.
- Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
