Ingredients:
- 70 g Pelster's organic chocolate drink powder
- 20 g Pelster 's Barista oat drink powder
- 200 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 3 bananas (alternatively 2 bananas and an egg + some sweetener as needed)
- 120 g oat flakes
- 120 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Bourbon vanilla
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix.
- Grease a baking pan and line it with baking paper.
- Put the dough into the tin and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
