Ingredients for one bowl:
- 10 g Barista oat drink powder
- 100 ml of water
- 120 g zucchini
- 1 frozen banana
- 100 g frozen berries
- 100 g frozen mango
Toppings:
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon coconut flakes
- 1/2 kiwi
Preparation:
- Mix the ingredients for the bowl in a blender until smooth.
- Then put the mixture into a bowl and garnish it with the toppings.
