Smoothie bowl

Preparation time 15 minutes

Ingredients for a bowl:

  • 10 g Barista oat drink
  • 100 ml water 
  • 120g zucchini 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100 g frozen berries
  • 100g frozen mango

Toppings:

  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes 
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 kiwi

Preparation:

  1. Blend the ingredients for the bowl in a blender until smooth.
  2. Then put the mixture in a bowl and garnish with the toppings.
