Chia pudding

This chia pudding is not only super quick to prepare, it is also super creamy and delicious. To prepare for work or as a healthy dessert after a warm lunch. The oat drink from Pelster's gives the chia pudding a pleasantly sweet and nutty taste. Definitely give it a try!

Ingredients for one serving:

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • Mix 15 g Pelster's Barista oat drink powder with 150 ml water 
  • 150 g yoghurt of your choice
  • 100 g berry mix
  • 4 soft dates

Toppings:

  • 1/2 tbsp coconut flakes for topping

Preparation:

  1. Mix chia seeds, Pelster's oat drink powder, water and coconut flakes in a glass.
  2. Place the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes and stir well again.
  3. Then put it back in the fridge and let it swell for at least another 2.5 hours.
  4. Puree 2/3 of the berries together with the yoghurt and dates and pour over the chia pudding.
  5. Spread the remaining berries on top and finally sprinkle the coconut flakes over it and enjoy!
