This chia pudding is not only super quick to prepare, it is also super creamy and delicious. To prepare for work or as a healthy dessert after a warm lunch. The oat drink from Pelster's gives the chia pudding a pleasantly sweet and nutty taste. Definitely give it a try!

Ingredients for one serving:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Mix 15 g Pelster's Barista oat drink powder with 150 ml water
- 150 g yoghurt of your choice
- 100 g berry mix
- 4 soft dates
Toppings:
- 1/2 tbsp coconut flakes for topping
Preparation:
- Mix chia seeds, Pelster's oat drink powder, water and coconut flakes in a glass.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes and stir well again.
- Then put it back in the fridge and let it swell for at least another 2.5 hours.
- Puree 2/3 of the berries together with the yoghurt and dates and pour over the chia pudding.
- Spread the remaining berries on top and finally sprinkle the coconut flakes over it and enjoy!
