Chia pudding

Preparation time: max. 5 minutes
Preparation time: 3 hours

Ingredients for one serving:

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • Mix 15 g Pelster's Barista oat drink with 150 ml water 
  • 150 g yogurt of your choice
  • 100 g berry mixture
  • 4 soft dates


  • 1/2 tbsp desiccated coconut for topping


  1. Mix chia seeds, Pelster's oat drink and coconut flakes in a glass.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and stir well again.
  3. Then put it back in the fridge and let it soak for at least another 2.5 hours.
  4. Puree 2/3 of the berries together with the yogurt and dates and pour over the chia pudding.
  5. Spread the remaining berries on top and finally sprinkle the coconut flakes over it and enjoy!
