Tiramisu

Ingredients for 6 servings: ​

  • 210 g oat flakes (fine)
  • 2 double espressos
  • 200 g low-fat quark
  • 160 g low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 5 - 6 tbsp agave syrup
  • 100 ml water
  • 10 g Pelster's organic chocolate drink
  • 20 g Pelster's Cappuccino Classic

Preparation:

Mix the oat flakes with the espressos in a bowl and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the quark, yoghurt, agave syrup, water, chocolate powder and Cappuccino Classic powder well in a separate bowl.
Place alternating layers in the jars and sprinkle with more chocolate powder.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
