Ingredients for 6 servings: ​

  • 210 g oat flakes (tender).
  • 2 double espressos ​
  • 200 g low-fat quark ​
  • 160 g low-fat natural yogurt
  • 5 - 6 tbsp agave syrup
  • 100 ml water
  • 10 g Pelster's organic chocolate drink
  • 20 g Pelster's Cappuccino Classic


Mix the oat flakes with the espresso in a bowl and let it steep for at least 15 minutes.​
Meanwhile, mix the quark, yoghurt, agave syrup, water, chocolate powder and Cappuccino Classic powder well in a separate bowl.
Alternate layers in the mason jars and sprinkle with additional chocolate powder.​
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
