Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 210 g oat flakes (fine)
- 2 double espressos
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 160 g low-fat natural yoghurt
- 5 - 6 tbsp agave syrup
- 100 ml water
- 10 g Pelster's organic chocolate drink

20 g Pelster's Cappuccino Classic
Preparation:
Mix the oat flakes with the espressos in a bowl and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.Meanwhile, mix the quark, yoghurt, agave syrup, water, chocolate powder and Cappuccino Classic powder well in a separate bowl.
Place alternating layers in the jars and sprinkle with more chocolate powder.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
