Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 120 ml oat drink (12 g powder and 120 ml water)
- 4-5 slices of white bread
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons pudding powder
- Optional: a little ground vanilla
- 1-2 teaspoons of agave syrup
- Vegan margarine/butter (for the pan)
Preparation :
- Mix the flour with the pudding powder and the oat drink until there are no more lumps.
- Add the cinnamon, salt, ground vanilla, maple syrup to the mixture.
- Heat enough vegan margarine/butter in a pan.
- Dip the slices of white bread one at a time into the liquid mixture.
- Then fry them on both sides until they turn golden brown.
