Quick comfort food with a sauce made from just three ingredients.
Super quick and easy to prepare. This pasta dish only takes 10 minutes and a few ingredients. The creaminess comes from boiling down the Pelster's organic oat drink. This gives the sauce an additional slight sweetness and perfectly rounds off the fruity note of the strained tomatoes.
Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 160 g pasta
- Vegetables of your choice (here 160 g corn, 70 g olives, 100 g dried tomatoes)
- 25 g tomato paste
- 150 ml strained tomatoes
- 200 ml Pelster's organic oat drink (mix 20 g organic oat drink with 200 ml water)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, dried basil, chili, paprika & garlic powder
Toppings:
- fresh basil chopped
- optionally parmesan
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta al dente. In the meantime, prepare the sauce.
- Fry the corn in oil while you chop the olives and dried tomatoes.
- Then add the olives and dried tomatoes with the tomato paste to the pan and sauté briefly.
- Now deglaze the whole thing with the strained tomatoes and the oat drink, season with the spices and let it simmer briefly.
- Serve the pasta garnished with the sauce and toppings.
Bon appetit!
