Mango coconut cake

Preparation time: 60 minutes



Ingredients for 8 pieces:
220g mangos
10 g oat drink powder
100 ml water
50 ml maple syrup
30 g coconut oil (melted)
70 g coconut flakes
120 g flour
2 eggs
1.5 tsp baking powder

Preparation:
1. Puree the mango together with the water and the oat drink powder in a blender.
2. Now mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a small casserole dish/cake tin.
3. Optionally sprinkle with a little coconut flakes.
4. Bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes.
