The perfect low-carb pasta alternative!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 spaghetti pumpkin
For the sauce:
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 red onion
- clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Pelster's Barista Oat Drink
- 60ml water
- Salt pepper
- Some olive oil
Preparation:
- Roughly chop the peppers, onions and garlic and fry in a little olive oil.
- Add water and oat drink powder and mix.
- Put everything together in a blender and puree into a sauce with the spices of your choice.
- Halve lengthwise, remove the seeds and cook in the microwave for 7 minutes at 900 watts. Alternatively, you can cook the pumpkin in the oven (180 degrees circulating air for around 40 minutes).
- Then remove the spaghetti squash (be careful, the squash is hot!) and use a fork to loosen the squash flesh to create mini spaghetti.
- Garnish with the sauce and a few sunflower seeds.
