Christmas rice pudding

Preparation time: 45 mins.

Ingredients for a bowl:

  • 65 g rice pudding
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of Barista oat drink
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice
For the topping:
  • 1 kiwi
  • Colorful fruit of your choice, e.g. pomegranate seeds and mango
  • A few shredded coconut


  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Now set the stove to the lowest level, place a lid on the pot and let it cook for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally so that the rice pudding doesn't burn.
  2. Then pour the finished rice pudding into a bowl and make a Christmas tree with chopped kiwi. Decorate with the remaining fruit and a few coconut flakes.
