Vegan rice pudding, perfect for the winter and Christmas season. Topped with fresh fruit, it's also a real source of vitamins for cold days! A visual eye-catcher, because you eat with your eyes and a highlight for the next Advent brunch.

Ingredients for one bowl:
- 65 g rice pudding
- 250 ml water
- 2 heaped tablespoons Barista Oat Drink
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1 kiwifruit
- Colorful fruit of your choice, e.g. pomegranate seeds and mango
- A few coconut flakes
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Now turn the heat down to the lowest setting, put a lid on the pot and let it cook for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally so that the rice pudding doesn't burn.
- Then pour the finished rice pudding into a bowl and make a Christmas tree with chopped kiwi. Decorate with the remaining fruit and a few coconut flakes.
