Chocolate cake pops


For the brownie:

  • 4 heaped tablespoons of Pelster's Chocolate Drink
  • 10 heaped tablespoons of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil
  • 110ml water
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder

For the cream:

  • 60 g chocolate of your choice
  • 20 ml cream

Aside from that:

  • 200 g chocolate of your choice


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the brownie batter and bake in a small baking dish for 18 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. Then melt and mix the chocolate and cream for the cream. Crumble the brownie dough, add the cream, knead everything and form balls.
  3. Now the remaining chocolate can be melted. Then cover the balls with the melted chocolate and decorate as desired.
