Chocolate cake pops

Ingredients:

For the brownie:

  • 4 heaped tablespoons Pelster's chocolate drink
  • 10 heaped tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil
  • 110 ml water
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder

For the cream:

  • 60 g chocolate of your choice
  • 20 ml cream

Aside from that:

  • 200 g chocolate of your choice


Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the brownie dough and bake in a small baking dish for 18 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. Then melt the chocolate and cream for the custard and mix together. Crumble the brownie dough, add the cream, knead everything together and form balls.
  3. Now you can melt the remaining chocolate. Then cover the balls with the melted chocolate and decorate as desired.
