Christmas chocolate cookies

Preparation time: approx. 2 hours

For the dough:

  • 320g flour
  • 80 g ground nuts
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 80 g coconut oil (melted)
  • 6 tbsp Kids Organic CHOCOLATE DRINK

For the glaze:

  • 220g powdered sugar
  • 50 ml water or lemon juice


  1. Mash the bananas with the coconut oil and the CHOCOLATE DRINK powder into a mushy mass.
  2. Now add the remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky, simply add a little more flour. If it is too dry, add a little water.
  3. Now the dough can rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour before it is then rolled out on a floured surface and cut out as desired using cookie cutters.
  4. Now bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 160 degrees.

Now the cookies have to cool thoroughly before mixing the ingredients for the icing so that you can decorate the cookies as you wish. Have fun baking!
